If Your Clipper Goes Missing on Your Chrome Menu
-
I couldn't find the clipper tool in my menu options so I went to my Chrome Settings and it says that the Clipper violates the Chrome Webstore Policies. Weird. So I noticed the Extension had somehow got turned off so I turned it back on and it works fine. So, if you happen to lose your Clipper tool on your menu bar, this could be a possible solution to getting it back. Go to your 3 dots on the upper right of the your chrome bar and click on it. Scroll down to "More Tools" and open "Extensions". It will have the Clipper tool. If it's turned off, just click the button to the right and it will bring it back to the menu bar.

Thank you, I was going crazy trying to figure what happened.

@followyourbliss Chrome does automatic updates, and it's possible that there's an algorithm that was put in that forbids clipper tools of any kind to upload, but the algorithm doesn't keep the extension from being turned back on if they turn it off. I haven't checked Chromes Web Store to see if the URStyle Clipper is still there, but if it is, it means you can still download it too, but checking your extensions is less of a hassle.

@nonniekiss you're welcome. That's what happened to me. I turned my computer on and tried to copy something and the Clipper just disappeared. Chrome must have done an update last night and in the process turned off some extensions. Glad you got it working again
