The clipper doesn't working

The clipper Disappeared .
And I tried to download it again and it does not work.Anyone know why? And who can I contact to solve the problem?

@melanie-avni Sometimes it happens, just try to upload your item after saving it in your device, then go to ITEMS on your profile and use (ADD ITEMS) to upload. it works just be sure the size of item is right and resize it if it said that the size isn't right.

Had the same problem had to reboot it - click on clipper and go to three dots and relink- hope it works for you.

If you're using a Chrome Browser, go to your 3 dot drop down menu at the top right. Go to "More Tools" and click on Extensions. Chrome will sometimes turn off the Urstyle Extension and claim it doesn't support it, but there's a button to you can move to the right that turns it back on. At leas that's what I figured out when the clipper stopped showing up on my menu bar. Works fine now.

@admin I had the same problem, accidentally deleted it off of Chrome and now when I go into the webstore to redownload it says that it can't find it. So basically the clipper has gone missing on Chrome and I've never been able to get it to on Safari.

@bboles3984 try going into your Extensions. I had the same problem and it turns out you can actually turn the Clipper extension back on and it will work fine.

@rainheartart yeah I went in to do that but accidentally deleted the whole extension and when you go back in to reattach it the extension can’t be found in the Crome shop.
