I CAN'T SAVE ANY OF MY SETS AS PNG'S.

Hi Dear, I'm not having a problem editing my recent Sets, I'm having a problem saving my recent Sets to my computer. I'll right click on the inside of the set and choose "save as" in the drop down menu. I can't save it as a PNG and I need to be able to do this so I can post them in other places online. It keeps coming up as saving it as a "webP" and they're useless like that. I can't download them or even save them so I don't lose them. This just happened tonight so I'm hoping it's just a temporary thing.

@rainheartart I got that,dear. I just tagged admin to see the problems, that's all. This is the only way I can help unfortunately... I wish I could do more but I'm just a user here..

@acciohermione Oh I didn't mean for any of the members to have to deal with this, but thank you for tagging my issue, I appreciate it!
It may just be that they're doing something in the background and it's glitching some things out. Might have to wait 'till morning to see. Thanks so much! -

@johbri They're gonna bring them back. It's temporary. I don't know if you know but a lot of things are going wrong since the update. Drafts are missing, items are gone and we can't have contests with banners

Thanks Sweetie. I'm still getting webp's, but it sounds like the Team is working on it, so I'll just wait. In the meantime, I downloaded a Converter that transposes web's to png's and jpegs. Takes more time, but at least I have a backup until this is fixed. -
@acciohermione yes, I checked to see if I could edit my old Sets and I can't either. I think there's just some stuff the Team has to smooth out, but they'll get things right again. Thanks for your support and being pro active!

@rainheartart Actually admin said that they can't fix it.. There's an explanation for it not working and they said it's not possible. I'm actually upset because that's the thing I was caring about the most...

@acciohermione Oh gosh that's not right
Many members have said they have the same problem. I thought they were just going to delete our drafts. At least that's all the info I got when prior to their doing this. I do not understand this at all. Can you edit your recent Sets? I'm able to do this but can't edit anything older than last week. -

I've lost some of my items but not all. It's just a pain having to replace them. -
@rainheartart Yeah I can do that. But not the older ones or the drafts I posted. You know I posted them all to avoid deletion...
