My name is Michell Smith (username: msmith801). I am writing to report several missing items under the “Items” tab and in my Collections folders after the recent update. Do you have plans to make these items available again, or is there a way to recover them manually?
I love the URSTYLE application. I have been a user for several years. I appreciate all the work you’ve put into ensuring the site is user friendly and enjoy. I would love to recover all of the items I lost though because many of them I use frequently in my set create.

@admin Hello, I have the same problem as most members ; about the last 5600 items that I clipped in the Create Page are missing . All my items are still available on my profile page . I just clipped an item and it works,it also appears as a new clipped item on the create page .Let's hope this can be solved because everyone has spent a lot of time clipping the items .
Thanks in advance for all the work you do, I am very curious about the new updates that will follow on the create page.

@admin Thank you for your hard work in making the transition. I'm glad you are back. But it's also bothering me how all my items in the create tool are gone. Hope it will be solved soon.

@admin Hi, as others have stated, all my items have disappeared from the create tool. Again, available to see on my profile in collections and sets, but I cannot access them through the create tool. I hope this is resolved soon, as everyone has stated, we've all spent a lot of time clipping items for ourselves and others to use. It'd be a shame if they were gone for good

@admin hello^^ I have the feeling that a lot of my liked and clipped items are missing in the creator tab. When I look at my profile, I can see the items, but I cannot access them in the creator tool

Hiya @admin! Very excited for the update, but I also have the problem that about 3/4 of my items are missig from the creator. I can see them in my profile, thankfully, so I hope they're not gone for good!

Hey @admin I am so grateful to your team for all that you do for us. It must not be easy. However, I too have lost items in create tool and in the organize items tab. I can see them on my profile though.

To all and most won’t want to but if you go in on your profile page and like your items that you are missing they will show up again. Like the system in create needs a reminder they are there. I did it last night and it worked.

Why have I lost almost all of my images from my saved folders.....hardly an improvement on the site!

@selene-gauna That's exactly how I feel - months of researching images only to have them gone in an instant.

@justlikelove All of mine are gone also. Some folders have a few items but some folders are completely empty. WOW!!! All that clipping and it is now gone. UPDATE: The items appear in "collections" but they do not appear in create.

Once again.
Your items are not gonne, create tool just don't see them.
Working to fix it but don't have ETA yet.
As someone mention, you can like missing item to make him visible in create tool now -
@admin items missing in create also.
another thing - page shows error after first time I try to get in, after refreshing it it works fine.

Hello!! I noticed I'm also missing my items when I go to create a new set. They will appear on my profile just not while I create or organize my items. Same thing is happening with my liked items, but that might be related to the same issue with other users!

@admin, About 300 items and dozens of draft sets are missing from my account.
