Session Mismatch problem

hiii i was having trouble with a set not uploading so i decided to just log out and log in on my 2nd account but everytime i click something on the page i get a "server mismatch" and it makes me constantly refresh and I cannot log in at all on my laptop. I tried clearing my cache and restarting my laptop yet it is still happening does anyone know how to fix this?
