Net-a-porter Clipper Malfunction

Net-a-porter is not working with the clipper. All items are going into "rejected" @admin in the organizer.
For those of you who clip items from Net-a-porter, you can clip the item into Pinterest & then clip it to URStyle & that seems to work.
