Clipper Tool Not Working
-
I keep getting my password rejected when I try to log in to Clipper. I tried resetting my password, deleting and then re-downloading the Clipper app -- nothing has worked. Any suggestions?

@metter1 Try downloading to your device and then uploading from Add Items under the Item Tab on your profile.

Thanks for responding. My problem is that I can't get Clipper to activate and let me "snip" anything for it to get on my device to begin with. It won't accept my login. When I go to the "Add Items" section, it only gives me the option of adding a link to the URL. I am feeling rather dense, but I don't see how I can do that without going through Clipper. -
@ollie
Are you saying just to bypass logging in to Clipper and inserting the URL address at the prompt? I think that works! Thanks!

@metter1 My clipper has not worked for months now, I use the Add Items under the Items Tab to upload all my images ... at least it works

I thought I had the clipper bypass working, but apparently not. When you click on "add items" and the page comes up where you insert the link, do you just put in the url for the image or page? When I do that, nothing happens. Sigh... -
@metter1 You can copy the https link (url) for the image, not the page and paste, put in a title and press save. Or you can save the image to your device, then upload it by pressing Upload from disk, then you have to find the file of your image on your device (usually in downloads) select it by opening then complete Title and hit save. I have tried both of these ways and they both work. Hint: sometimes a website will not let you upload images, try right clicking on the image and open in a new tab ... then start the process again. Also if an image is encrypted there is no way you will ever upload it, so your best to do a google search by right clicking and see if you can find an image that will work.

Thank you for patiently explaining this to me! I must have hit an encrypted image on my last try. Will try, try again!
