@Admins, I've been asking for help on this for over a year. I cannot participate in the Contests in the Groups I've joined. I don't get notifications when there is a Contest in the Group where I am a member, or when there is a notification, the link to Contest, it isn't visible. When I click on the name of the Group Page, it say "Leave Group", which indicates I'm still a member, but I'm not able to participate. This is really so frustrating and it's been going on for so long. Can I please get some assistance regarding this issue. I've cleared my cache, refreshed my pages, tried different Browsers but the same thing keeps happening. Really need the URStyle Team to check and see what's going on. Thank you!

@rainheartart Make sure you are Following the Moderator of each Group you're in to be certain you're getting their Announcements.
Also, be aware that some Moderators do not

announce contests

provide links to their contests in their announcements

announce when contests end
-
list winners in their end-of-contest announcement

provide the contest link in their end-of-contest announcement

Some moderators who do announce the end of a contest do so on the original announcement notifying us of the contest.
Everyone is different, so you kind of have to figure it out, as far as that is concerned. I keep a folder in my bookmarks of all contests I'm interested in.
I also check the CONTESTS page to be sure I haven't missed anything new -- and pretty much always find that I have missed some! https://urstyle.fashion/contests
When on a Group page, there should be link toward the top saying:
FORUM SETS CONTESTS MEMBERS ADMINClick the CONTESTS one and you should be able to find what you're looking for.

@funkyjunkygypsy Hi Sweetie, thank you for taking the time to list this information, I really appreciate it. The problem is I'm not getting Notifications of when Contests 'start' or if I do get them and I go to the Page, the link isn't posted. I'll get notifications when contests end, but I won't get notifications when they begin. I've even missed some of yours, so I'm not sure what's going on. I'm always checking the Pages to see when Contests begin, but the links are not always visible. I have a list of all the Contests I'm interested in as well with the Moderators names, so I can check the Pages. I'll go to the Moderator's Profile Page as well, and click on their links to Contests. So I'm not sure what I should be doing on my end.

@rainheartart Have you tried going to the top left hand side of the screen and clicking on the three little lines and selecting contests. This shows all contests that are running in Urstyle. Also you are not the only one not getting notifications from some groups I have found, even if you do follow the moderator.

Thank you soooo much!! I just went in and tried it and it works! OMG! What a simple solution! I just assumed by going into the Contests I belonged through the list I had, I'd be able to get in. I don't know why that didn't work for most of them, but this works for every one of them. Doin' the Happy Dance Thanks again! -

@rainheartart Yup! Sometimes there's a delay in the Groups. And sometimes, we miss Announcements.
