Sets pixellate when I publish

Hi. My sets look great on the screen but when I publish, the edges of text and clothes break into pixels. A friend tried using the same items with her account and it was fine, published in focus, image download/screenshot both crisp. Is there a setting I'm missing? Thank you for any help you can offer.

Solved it. The fuzziness happens after publishing. So take a screenshot before publishing. You can widen the window to whatever size works, like for YouTube 16:9 ratio. Then publish and copy the Share link to add to the image.
