Hu @admin I cleared my cache on my computer recently and ever since then I now cannot clip any items to my items. It keeps coming up with log in and password but when I enter it my details it will not allow me in. I remember that we had an old Urstyle page and that could be still open I think but it wont accept my old password either. So can you help me to sort this issue please. Hi Sweetie, Can you try using another Browser? If you're in Chrome, try Opera or Firefox. This used to happen to me when URStyle first brought out their clipper tool, but when I switched Browsers, it seems to fix it. If it doesn't, it's an internal problem and the Admins. need to know. Hope this helps.

@rainheartart Do you remember when Urstyle had a different page originally and then they become Urstyle Fashion well I kept that original page open I never signed out and I believe that is where my problem lies. I can upload but not clip so I think it is a admin help for me sweetie. I changed my password too so more issues so never mind I either figure it out myself or wait for a Admin I think. @jewelsinthecrown AFter clearing your cache, restart your computer/device. Sounds odd, but sometimes it's like making a dog swallow a pill. You can put the pill in his or her mouth, but until you gently rub it's throat, the pill remains in the mouth and the dog doesn't swallow it. After installing, uninstalling, and changing things on a computer (such as clearing a cache), close all your programs up (including the browser) and restart your device. That gets rid of any residual "memory" of what you've just removed, or "leftover" hidden stuff that can interfere. It makes the computer fully "swallow" the new information/settings/empty cache, etc. Let me know if it helps!
