Can’t update profile on iPhone

Hi- UR will only display in portrait mode on my iPhone. When I fill in my profile info there is a banner at the bottom of the page, White, with function symbols: House on the left (home screen) and bell (notifications) on the far-right. The banner is preventing me from clicking on the black button at the bottom of the profile page to update.
Please help
