Issues cropping items from LUISAVIAROMA website

I have attempted to crop several items from https://www.luisaviaroma.com. Each time I clip, the items go into the "Rejected" section. Is anyone able to provide instructions on how to successfully clip items from the site? Thank you in advance for your help.

I have found a few sites that evidently put restrictions on using their images. They have a built in block to clipping or saving their images. This was what I found under luisaviaroma's website Customer Service -Help-Site Policies-Online Products and Images. Quote: "Images on LUISAVIAROMA.COM belong to LUISA VIA ROMA S.p.A. and any unauthorized use of these images without the express written consent of LUISA VIA ROMA S.p.A. is forbidden." I guess they are exclusive to their clients. Personally, it seems to me that that would hurt more than help them. It keeps their site from others widely knowing about them, the quality of clothing & variety they offer. Maybe that's their aim. Who knows. I hope this helps.
