Limited Items Showing

I saw that items are going to be showing limited unless you filter them out on the create page. Is this going to stay that way? Because even filtering them doesn't help me. I have been trying for a few weeks now to get all my items to show in not just the create page but also the organizer so I can try to organize them to filter better, but because it's only showing limited items I am at a loss. Please help @admin
