Problem with the clipper from many weeks

Hello there! I have a problem clipping items from pages.
For example, I clipped items from Moda Operandi, the thing is I can't clip them because when I click on the icon (Clipper), appears me a note that I have to log in, I do what it says, and appears me again the same note. So, I don't know what to do. I desinstalled the clipper, and installed it again, but happens the same.
