Invalid name while trying to clip

I have been trying to clip, but when i click the clipper button . It starts to load and requires me to put my name and password. I put everything and it says invalid user name or password. my password and user name is correct.

@bubbles the same for me. Big trouble making sets. It is not possible to drag the pictures to the creator page. There are also problems with the clipper. Absolutely impossible to get something done now. Hope you can fix this. Otherwise, there is no value in Urstyle
