New BFF Contest "Friendsgiving"

For some of us, the Norman Rockwell-painting gathering with family is not always possible for many reasons.When I was in college, we celebrated what has come to be called "Friendsgiving". We would each contribute a dish (or several) and get together in someone's apartment.
I know it made me feel less homesick as I was often the only one missing from my family's Thanksgiving table. This week, I thought i'd do a quick 5 day contest, so that we can pay tribute to those who are not able to be with their families on Thursday for whatever reason!
