Join Group Button Still Missing!!!!!

I started a new art/doll group, For the love of animals about a month ago. Several Urstyle members asked @admin for help because they could not join do to the "Join Group" button was missing. They messaged me and I too asked @admin three times since I started the group to fix it and it still has not been addressed. I have not even received an acknowledgment from @admin that the problem is being addressed. I can send invites for people to join, however most people do not no this and therefore my group is not growing. I am asking @admin yet again to please fix the "Join Group" button for my group. Why am I not receiving the same support as other groups? Rboowybe

@rboowybe I am sorry but working alone right now and I am overloaded by many issues and requests. I do not see any private message from you or any e-mail. Where did you write directly reporting that issue ?

@admin It was reported by other Urstyle member originally because I didn't know about it on the Help and then I reported it 3 times on this Help page. Really does it matter if I sent a private message? I thought that's what this Help page was for. You finally took the time to respond and you respond with that? Nothing helpful!!!!!! You may be working alone, however it has been almost a month and not even a response to my or any of the members on my behalf for the problem with my group. I would have understood "I am working alone, get too as soon as possible", but I don't get the courtesy of that. I get a response a month later with "when did you private message me?" I'm sorry you're working alone, but I still expect a little courtesy.
