Unable to Join Group 'For the Love of Animals'

Hello! I am unable to join the following group:
https://urstyle.com/groups/for-the-love-of-animalsI noticed it this past week but it is still an issue. I use a your site via PC. However, I commented about a week ago on another member's 'help' post regarding this same issue but with the mobile app. Again, I am experiencing this issue using my personal computer.

FYI, I just let the group owner @Rboowybe know via private message, as I am unable to comment on the group page because I am not a member. Thank you for any assistance you can give us!

@joy2theworld I tried to join that group too... there is no JOIN GROUP button ! Hope they get it fixed soon .

@admin ... The "Join Group" button is missing from this group. See difference between this group and another group below.

@admin I am the owner of the group For the love of animals and I would appreciate you fixing the "Join Group" button for my new group asap, so that people may join my new group. I've had people telling me for over a week now that there is no button for them to join. Thank you, Rboowybe

@joy2theworld Can u please check it and see if it's been fixed? It doesn't show up gone for me. Also, I was able to send someone and invitation and she was able to join. If you'd like for me to send you an invitation. Rboowybe

@rboowybe It isn't fixed for me yet! I tried changing to Chrome browser... but still no button !!!

@auntiehelen Thanks, I'm going to send you an invitation, see if you can join that way. Shelley asked me to do that and it worked for her.

@rboowybe ... Thank you for the invite. That worked as far as me joining. Now I see the "leave group" button where the "join group" button would have been...lol...so I don't know. I wish I would have looked before I accepted the invite! I love all animals, so am excited about the group. Thanks again!

@joy2theworld It wasn't there, Joy.. it just appeared after I accepted the invitation !! You would think URSTYLE would have fixed that by now!!

@admin I started the group For the love of animals 3 weeks ago, it is an art/doll group and 2 weeks ago Urstyle members let you know they could not join my group because the "Join Group" button is missing. On one help message a picture was sent in. The button is still missing, could you please fix this so that Urstyle members may join my group. Thank you! Rboowybe

@admin It has been 2 weeks that Urstyle members and I as the group owner have asked you to fix the missing "Join Group" button on the new group I started. Picture above of what is missing in For the love of animals. I have not got so much as a response from you @admin and it seems only certain members or issues get your attention on this site. I am supporting your site, all I want is my issue fixed or at least an aknowledment that you are trying to fix it! Rboowybe

@auntiehelen @Joy2theWorld this group has checked option "Disable join requests" in the group admin tab. Moderators and administrators are able to disable join requests, hide group or make it private. That was a reason of missing Join button.
