@admin My clipper is completely disabled. When I try to use it, a box comes up, but the box is blank and never loads. I have sets I can't finish or publish because I cant use the clipper. Also, I no longer have a tab for "Get Inspired." My only options seem to be "Home," "Shop," and "Community."

@Deborah-Lanier ~ Urstyle is been busy updating and making some important changes for us all to enjoy. We will have to accept the delay. Yesterday was my slow day. I have several sets I cannot finish so hope today will be better. Hugs

@Deborah-Lanier My "Get Inspired" tab is missing too. You can access the "Get Inspired" page by using the menu on the left. Urstyle posted on Twitter an hour ago. "We are testing new cache buster method which will resolve your issues in the future. Please be patient, some services could be broken by cache."

@debraelizabeth Thank you! I never would have thought to look in the menu and I found it! I have been trying to clip items for 2 days with no luck. I understand updates, but the clipper is a pretty important tool and 2 days is a long time to be without it.

@deborah-lanier oh, no. It’s certainly a temporary bug and it’ll show up soon. In the meantime, you can access it using the side navigation menu. Cheers!

@Deborah-Lanier @debraelizabeth ~ I used the add items on my item page. The clipper took them, however, the slowness is affecting the upload to your images. I decided if I can not make a set for the time being, I will and did publish an old Polyvore set. (updated)

I am sorry for all issues, but some defects are required to upgrade our service. Tomorrow we will test our "boost" release for Clipper tool. The whole site should work faster. -
