PROFILE PHOTOS BEING REPLACED WITH COLORED CIRCLES

I read this in the flow earlier this week that it looks like profile pics are not being posted by likes & comments ...PLS let's mssg URSTYLE that we don't want this change. Part of URSTYLE is about a person to person feel & photos of each other keeps it more personal ...SO MSSG URSTYLE SO THIS CHANGE IS NOT A PERMENANT ONE !

Several on Urstyle have complained about the replacing of personal photos with colored circles. We all want speed when we sign on to Urstyle. Clicking on a website link seems like such a simple thing. However, behind the scenes, hundreds of request are instantly pinged around the world to bring you the images and text. There’s a lot going on in those few short seconds, and there’s a lot that can go wrong. Things can start to slow down, taking your website with it. This depends on lots of things. Images take up more space than simple colored circles. Slow websites are bad news! In fact, a slow site could cost websites thousands of visitors and conversions. I am sure that Urstyle, for the time being, has done this to gain more speed, which most of us have complained about. I agree that it is a more personal feel to see a photo of your friends. I will gladly exchange my photo for more speed!!

@beverly well thank you dear for the clarification, yes we don’t wanna to slow the site nor the mobile app, in exchange of the photo I’m glad Urstyle reached to a solution to speed up posting comments in trade of the pictures
