Coding Glitches Across Site?

Is anyone else seeing all the codes for things on blogs and forums, instead of the formatting? Is it just my account?
Everywhere I look, I can now see anything centered, changed in size, turned into a header, and a bunch of other codes. It's like the functions just completely stopped existing????
Is this only something going on for me, or can we all see it?
