A new pespective about the Clipper timeframe

I've complained about the new clipper, speculated about the time
frame it's going to take for my new found exiting item I located is going to take to show up in my collections so it can sit while I come up with a idea on how to use it. Yeah, I clip a lot and have so many ideas swimming around in my head on how to use things I see, I have a clipper addiction I need to work on. So... I started getting rid of old stuff while I wait to make way for the new and oh, oh! Some things I had clipped several times and didn't realize it until now. Okay, so now I'm thinking maybe I better just use what I have already but, but I still want, need, feel I have to have that new stuff. I'm creating using what I have, sure I am. (rolls eyes) Alas, Urstyle obviously doesn't think so because it's taking hours for me to see it show up in my collections. I've shopped around to create items and liked so many sets I wouldn't have noticed before to get my fix so, in reality this waiting thing for the clipper has it's pros and cons. I've spent more time looking at other sets and followed more Urstylers and liked their sets. That's a good thing. But, but, but, I still need my clipper fix Urstyle, I'm only a flawed human. -
@idetached bhahaha...right. That's that grand saying..."EVERYTHING happens for a reason" for sure. Cheers to you and all of us awaiting our 'surprises' to come in...

@idetached Bit like you, I love clipping and love using new items and or sometimes you want that perfect piece to fill that gap in a set, so you clip and wait. At the moment I can have up to three sets on the go while I wait for items to come in but I have also noticed that if I clip in the morning which is your evening, an item will take hours to come in. However if I clip in the evening which would be your morning they come in pretty much straight away. However I do agree that the clipper being slower forces us to look for alternatives which we may not normally do.

@ollie You're right. I noticed if I clip late at night it doesn't take as long to show up. But I work days and can't stay up that late all the time. I'm on unfinished set #3 so I'll stop for now. I've wanted to enter some contest but missed some deadlines. Oh well, as you say @luckied99 everything happens for a reason.

I've been having this problem for the last four days (clipping and nothing turns up).I noticed today I have "2" itemsI clipped yesterday morning, but nothing I'd clipped before or after that.
I appreciate and understand what your saying about using items you've already clipped and saved....but that doesn't help us if we want to put an entry into a Contest when we don't have any items to go with that Contest.
Don't know about you but it is really frustrating........here's hoping it's fixed SOON!!!

@joeanne You know, this is why I always provide a collection to pick from for my challenges [contest] just because I know not everyone is/has the ability or time for that matter to clip. Cheers, maybe I'll see you in one our challenges while you await your 'surprises'.

@joeanne I hate to dampen your fun with your "surprises" showing up but sometimes they never do .... and you have to start all over again. The reason for this, I don't really know but I guess some sites just block clipping.

@ollie So true, some items do never show up. I've caught on to this and sometimes if it's something I really want I try to clip it in different ways to try to get it. Sometimes it works, sometimes I eventually get duplicates which I can delete and sometimes it just doesn't show. I think copyright is some of the reason while the sizing is the other reason. If not a certain size you're not going to get it.
