Items won't remove from item organizer page

I'm very organized when adding my clipped items to collections, I remove those I've added right away so as not to get confused. Today the items I've added to collections are not deleting at all. I've gone in and out of organizer, reset chache and items are still in the item organizer page. I hope it is a temporary glitch. Anyone else?

Added note: I notice that the items I added to collections are not showing in the collections, even though I received the notification that the item/s had been added. There must be something going on due to the mobile app being worked on.

Yes, I had that problem also but I assumed it was just how the system worked. Glad to know that feature usually works.

It seems to be fixed now. All items loaded to collections and all items deleted from item organizer. Took about an hour. Temporary glitch.
