Locked out of account

I was wondering how long you get temporary locked out for?
I tried to sign in on my laptop but forgot password. Then I remembered it. But, after guessing several options, it locked me out.
Not sure how long. I can't clip from my phone. (luckily I was logged in on my phone)Anyone experienced this?

@dotingsage I have not experienced this however have you tried to just disable the app remove it and then reload it again. Then it should reset and allow you to login now that you have remembered the password? I would try that next and then I would contact the URStyle help desk. Best of luck to you

A lot of times if you try to log in to many times the computer will lock you out thinking someone is trying to ''break in'' hack you try again later sweetie, hope it is fixed soon!

@kleasterling I can't disable it when I'm logging into my computer. It's a website.
