Message feature not working

Hi Admin, As moderator I notice Cathie Mcnally message not working and have confirmed this with her ... excerpt from Cathie "Got your message on chat.. I cant for some reason use this as I get a message saying my email is not being recognised." Is there something that can be done or something she needs to do please? Many thanks Ollie
