Deleted items still showing in set when published

@admin Hi Admin, Is there any reason deleted items still show in the items used of a published set please? This particular set is for a 10 item contest and is showing that it has 11 items even though one of the items has been deleted. Many thanks Ollie

@Ollie Yesterday evening when I got on. The clipper wasn't working, I couldn't do notifications. I also couldn't ope my draft sets. I got so frustrated I just left the site. This morning I got on one thing I clipped is in my items, but I just tried to clip something I need to make a doll and it's still not working.

@Ollie The same thing happened to me before. I edited the set and when I republished it the deleted item disappeared. Hope this helps.:)
