Tristan - My Life as a Multiple #33
-
Tristan was born at a time when Mel really needed a hero. Tristan is one of Mel's alters so she is speaking to me as I write this. Mel reports that Tristan was born when she went back to her ex after a two year separation. Mel wasn't prepared for the psychological and emotional abuse which she said was worse than the physical abuse had been. Her ex was a monster and he never mellowed with time. Tristan was able to take the abuse but it has left him vulnerable. He will not tolerate abuse of any kind for us. He just has no tolerance for it.
Tristan is kind, and does not speak badly of anyone. His vulnerable side has made him a very understanding alter for Mel. When she worked as a teacher, Tristan always had a heart for the hurting child and was a comfort to them. He helped Mel understand children and their acting out. It made Mel a very kind and patient teacher who children were drawn to. Tristan is the big heart that people always say we have.
Tristan is also generous. He is almost too generous. He will take in people off the street and was instrumental in being the force behind Mel adopting four children--a sibling group--out of foster care. His heart knows no bounds. Wherever people are hurting, you will find Tristan trying to help.
That is all I know right now about Tristan. Thank you so much for reading, dear, sweet reader. It means so much to us that you are continuing to read the blog. Your comments and "hearts" on the blog mean so much and shows your support which I cannot say enough--means the world to us. It really does.
Hugs, Nikki xx

Beautiful picture, Darling, and for such a sweet, sincere alter. Now I know why you're always helping others whether it's giving your resources or opening your home to strangers in need. I always feel this need to protect your big heart from those who would take advantage. Great entry! Xoxo
