Clipper not working

Does anyone else have this problem? How did you resolve it?
My clipper for Safari does not work. Basically when I try to log into my account from the clipper extension, It refreshes itself and I can't use it.
I messaged the help center and they told me to try a different browser. It still doesn't work. I used google chrome and in the chrome web store It tells me that the extension is disabled, so I enable it, and it does nothing. I get the same message.
