Organizer tags not working?

Hey,
So I can clip items but I cant tag the items so I can organize them?
Edit: Yep correction can't clip items either
Edit - So it has been 3 days and while tags had been working previously, now I cannot tag anything on my organiser. It is claiming it has been a success but when I go to refresh the items are still unsorted.
