Can't publish and save sets...

@asia-12 Thats not good, at least I could do that. Very weird how some are still publishing sets yet others of us cannot?? You would think it would affect all of us.

@asia-12 you have to ‘download the backup of your set’. This will save the image of the set you are creating on your device, so you’ll be able to upload it back to URSTYLE later to keep working on it, then publish it when the glitch is gone.

@jesuisunlapin just tried to upload my backup - it's there. Thank you so much. I have never saved the backups so I didn't know how it works, will know it now

But I upload the backup first and then published. When I wanted to edit my set, it was the same issue... So, I had to upload that backup again. -

me too, can't create anything and save it, just poof disappears...what is going on????????????? updates? frustrating to be sure!!!!!!! any help would be greatly appreciated anyone and @urstyle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! also why are there two sets of comments for this original post by @asia-12 ? when i tap on the original inquiry @asia-12 made i get on set of replys, when i tap on the comments on the right side i see another set of replies.... and like @heartsongs i am not good on the computer! any help would be great! thanks very much.

@heartsongs you should upload the backup (the sign of it should be on the left side of creating window, when you create a set, in that area where you can find "Publish", "Save draft" etc. below all those buttons, in the very end of that list should be a button "Save backup", click on it). Then right next to the "Save backup" there is a button "Download backup". You click on it and you get your set. I'm sorry for my English and for such explanations. Let me know if you get it.

@journeyon there are 2 pages of comments you mean, right? Because people write and I reply and there is a limit of replies (or number of words) per 1 page, I guess.
Anyway, try to save the backup and then upload it again. I explained that in my previous comment. Since English isn't my native language I'm sorry if I made lots of mistakes. But if you didn't get something, please, let me know. I would like to help. -
Same here with sets not publishing and issues saving draft. Tip....when my draft wasn't saving I opening up UrStyle in another tab and went to drafts and it was there...meanwhile the other tab was spinning. So I thought my draft wasn't saving but it was. Still issue with publishing though....most of what I did saved. Hope that is the case for everyone else.

Logged out.....waited about 10 minutes....logged back in and my set wound up publishing after all! Hope it's the same for everyone else!

Two days ago I created a set and immediately stated that it was published, however when I went over to check on my account, still the set didn't show up. So it was a couple of hours later that it showed.Maybe the system at the moment was running slow, in the end it was a matter patience.

I can neither save nor publish sets @admin. I've saved them to back-up but it will not load. Please advise & thank you for your help!

Completed a set. I knew it wasn't going to publish. I got an error message and it asked me if I wanted to save it so I did. I'm OUT! Have a good evening everyone.

@chellet sometimes it happens here what you described. I'm used to that. But here is another thing, the sets are not published and saved as drafts, you should save the backup first, then upload it and only then you can publish.
