Spinning circles most of the time. The servers just cannot handle the load anymore. So frustrated!

DO NOT organize your items when they are having problems because you lose your items. I just lost a bunch of things...poof gone! The problem is that there is really no time you can organize then because they have problems all the time. Why don't they just take the service off once a day at the same time of day if they are going to work on it, so we can prepare. I really wish they would just charge a little monthly fee and provide a service that doesn't continually have problems. Yes, the spinning circle is an overload of us, but the lost items and sets and such take place when they are doing something to the system.
I don't mind delays, but I am pretty tired of items, drafts, and sets going missing.

I keep losing drafts when this happens. It says it downloads a copy to save it but then it won't let me upload the saved image. >< It is getting frustrating with everything that doesn't work on here. It also appears that no one gets back to you when you ask for help, no Admins of the actual site reply to you. I've been waiting 2 months for a reply about something now.

Hi Bev, I actually find that I get spinning circles everyday, but it is always around the same time. Servers usually need to run background updates etc so I am guessing this is what happens, it is just unfortunate that because UR has members from all over the world that there is no one particular time that is going to be suitable for every one.
