Last night I had an almost completely finished set that would not save, so it asked me if it would like me to back it up and I said yes. It saved it to my computer and now I tried to bring it from my computer back to Urstyle and no address is recognized. I can't even open the set on my computer to look at it!

I was having the same problem recently, and from past experience (you might not be able to do this depending on if you are using a PC or something else to make your sets) I don't ask it to save a back-up copy any longer. I leave the set up on the screen and try to re-save it every once in awhile. Eventually the glitch gets worked out and I can save the set.
I do this because one time I did lose a set. However, I contacted Urstyle through FB and told them what happened and the name of the set (I save immediately once I start a set), they were able to find it.
I am not sure if this helps any, but unless you never saved the set, they should be able to find it for you at least in part (that has happened to me before also.)

@MaisondeForgeron Thank you sweetie, I usually save the set as I'm working on it, but can't remember if I did last night. Thank you for the advice for future problems if I have trouble saving again, I'll be sure and do that.

@MaisondeForgeron @Rboowybe I usually save my work several times during the process also but this evening the draft saving says it saves but when I went back in later my drafts were gone.

@fashionmonkey I spent the day on and off collecting items and realized that most of them didn't make it. That doesn't happen very often, but it is upsetting when it does. After PV left us hanging last year, I went to several sites including this one. I saw this one as having a lot of potential, and indeed there are times when there aren't a lot of glitches that I forget it isn't PV. However, I really didn't start with this site until last summer because it did have so many problems. I am thinking about taking another few months off to see if it improves. I spend way too much time on the site and half of it usually is dealing with its problems. I appreciate how much they have done, but I wish they would charge us a small fee and fix things.

I also had the same issue last night with a set I had completed a lot of work on and couldn't remember when I last hit save. I've gotten to the point were I try to remember to hit save after adding each item. I did say "try" so of course I don't always do it
. When I hit save at some point the entire set disappeared. This has happened to me before so I left the page open and waited. It took 3 hours to reappear then it disappeared again. I got frustrated with it and came out of create. An hour later when I went back in and tried to open it, it was blank at first but reappeared with everything saved about 15 mins later.I work from a PC to create and as @MaisondeForgeron said saving a backup on your computer to transfer back to URstyle doesn't work for everyone. It doesn't work for me. If you're able to leave the page open when the draft doesn't save, I'd recommend leaving it open to avoid taking the chance losing all of the work you put in to it. You can't predict when the glitch will be fixed.

@maisondeforgeron yeah me too I have been clipping items all day then went to create a set and none of the items were there grrrrrrrrrrrrh.
