Items don't appear

Hi, guys!
I have a problem that my clipped items are showed in "My items" list in the profile but they aren't show there when I try to create a set. Also when I try to delete items I don't need anymore they disappear only from "My items" page but not from the creator (I hope I discribed well).
I've cleaned my cache and tried to log out\log in but no result
