Adding Sets to Spring Contest

I can't figure out how to add sets to the Spring 2019 contest. I went to the page -- https://urstyle.com/contest/spring-2019 -- and clicked on "Add Set", but none of my sets was there.

Only sets created after the contest start date can be added
