'Create' isn't working!

Hello!

I created a draft set earlier today that I was going to continue working on later. When I came back to continue working on it I pressed the 'create' button in the top right-hand corner. However when I clicked it all that appeared was a grey screen with the menu bar at the top. The create page didn't show up. I tried refreshing the page, closing and re-opening the site, and even restarting my computer, but the create page will still not show up when I click 'create'. I'm new to the site so I'm very confused.
Any tips on how to fix this would be helpful.
