Cant create

I came on to Urstyle tonight and found that I can clip items, I can see my own sets, but I cannot see my friends sets, and I cannot create as i cannot see what is in my collections... I do not mean to gripe but is anyone else having similar problems.. I have cleared my cache... can anyone out there experiencing the same?????
