Adding sets to contests

@admin Hi Admin, Quick question ... I have noticed when adding sets to a contest that if it is a new set it will enter a the top of the queue but if it is an older set it will add to the contest anywhere in middle or end.. Why is this please? Thanks Ollie

@ollie ~ I saw you message to the Admin. I am sure it is by date. In other words, the order in which each set was published.
