Copycat alert

I really did not want to come here to do this, but it's already taking away my patience. I've been very patient with this user after she copied me at the end of last year. I ignored the two times she copied me, but she keeps doing it like it's right. I've been very patient with this whole situation and trying to deal with it; trying to ignore. Sometimes I can ignore it, but now it's enough. I really don't know what to do. In a topic in "After Hours", we discussed about copying and I saw that there are many other people with this same problem.
In this case, what can be done when: we try to talk friendly to the user, but does she ignore it?
I tried to talk to her like two adults, but she just ignored my messages and continued posting sets. That is, she is not willing to solve the situation. What can really be done? Is it right for a person to copy and nothing happen?
