Hello everyone. I'm new to this site as I'm using it for a school project. Before creating my account, I was creating a set without any problems. However, after I created my account, I can't create any set all either logged in or not. Please help.

First of all: Hello there!
Secondly: What exactly is your school project? What is the goal?
Lastly: When you say that you can't create do you mean you have no items // that you are having difficulty getting pieces rounded up to make whatever it is you're trying to create OR do you mean there is a functional glitch or problem within the site itself that is blocking you from making something // having it posted?

Maybe I can help or maybe just clarifying your issues will allow help to find you much easier because someone can see it and be like
'oh that! I know how to fix that'

Hi! My problem is that whenever I click on create all I see is a blank page

When you say 'blank' you mean that it doesn't show the space to add items on the left side of the screen and the tabs on the right where you search for items to add? Like it's just a blank screen without any buttons or text at all?

Yes. Blank as in the space to add items on the left and the tabs on the right doesn't show.

Eep, that's a little above my knowledge-base and sounds like a glitch for sure

I will say I don't have that issue myself but I HAVE had it in the past with other websites - in those instances I check on other modes of viewing the screen (like my phone or another person's computer, etc) just to see if it's the actual piece of machinery itself or something else entirely

Beyond that I just restart or debug until I feel like I've exhausted all my efforts, lol

The UrStyle team is pretty good about swooping in with some expert know-how on stuff like this so hopefully they have something that can help out or a new more tech-savvy perspective. Fingers crossed this gets fixed for you and that everything goes smoothly with your school project whatever that may be ^-^

The same thing happened to me, I've tried cleaning my CC and history and even logged in and out but all I get when I hit creat is a gray screen.

There is a solution? Same thing happen to me, I was thrilled bc I find this site to replace polyvore, but so far disappointing to not have the opportunity of doing anything
