Need to officially remove my item from website

Hello, while clipping photos from my personal Instagram, I accidentally added a photo i did not want to be on the website. I pressed delete item, but after a while realized that the item was still there. I don't really know if you can help me on this problem, But if you can, that would be amazing. Thank you
