Importing Profile

I am so so sorry to bring this up again but I imported my profile in the correct format and received the confirmation that it was received a few months ago. My old sets have yet to show up. I totally understand that the staff are swamped and probably drowning in those zip files. I don’t mind waiting longer, I was just wondering if this was a regular occurrence. The longest I saw in the forum was a month and it has been longer than that. Has this happened to anyone else?
