Time zone and hours of UrStyle support

Out of curiosity, what time zone and what hours do Urstyle tech team work? The only reason I ask is if there is a problem with the website, on a weekend or late at night EST for example, should one just wait until the next day, or even the first day of the work week for an answer? I appreciate all you are doing. Naturally, we all want to allow y'all some sleep or even some "weekend time away", LOL!!! At the same time, if we have issues, it would be nice to know what hours you work, so that we could know when to look for response. Hugs and again, thank you!!!

I think they are on the CST time zone as that's what they post when they do maintenance.
