Making Tops Look Tucked into Bottoms

With polyvore you had an option to have items moved forwards and backwards, therefore a you could use this to make tops looked like they were "tucked" into bottoms. I have found that only turtleneck tops will do this, but only with certain bottom items. Is there a way to do that here and if so how is it done?

@foreversunshine When you click / select an item in the CREATE mode, you will see a bar on the bottom of your screen with arrows up and down. You can use them to move objects to the front or to the back
