Losing Items in my Sets?????

I am not sure if this is just me, but I recently checked one of my sets, and I went into the creator to edit the description and all of a sudden, multiple items from my set were completely erased. At first it was just taking a while to load the complete set, but that wasn't the case. I checked it on my profile and all my other sets were loaded but some items were also missing in my most recent set. I don't want to delete the set since it won some contests and I worked really hard on it, but I can't take the time to find every single image and item I used in the set since there are so many panels to scroll through and I didn't like the items. Here's what it currently looks like with the missing pieces:
Please let me know if there is something I can do to save my set or restore it somehow. -

It happens when I try to edit an already published set, and it really bothers me. Here is an example of what happens:

Yes, that's what would happened to me all the time. What I did was I started saving my progress meaning when I would save, I will also take a screenshot at the same time or before hitting save...I would screenshot and once I get to a certain point where I was ready to publish my set, I would take my final screenshot and then hit publish to see what will happen. [Very important to SCREENSHOT BEFORE SAVING OR PUBLISHING]
8 out of 10 times that I created a set, I had to use a screenshot so hopefully this works for you. Cheers
