Sets not publishing

after 3 days of just spinning in the bottom right hand corner of my sets that I made up, yesterday 2 sets printed for me, now today I am making up sets and its gone back to the spinning and nothing is printing. Has anyone else got this problem , does anyone know whats causing it.

Not that problem, but my systems is fouled up, every things taking forever to load, and I can't crop, we are having massive storms up here so that might be messing stuff up!

Dear @jean , this could be an Internet connection issue. Do other sites work properly for you / everything loads quickly on other sites?

could you please download your creation via "Download Backup file" button? I want to figure out it's a problem with some particular set/items on the set, internet connection or our servers (but seems that they are working fine).

Hello, I am so happy to say that I have made up 3 sets this afternoon, everyone has printed, I am hoping the problem has sorted itself out. If it happens again I will do what you requested.
