Sets not publishing

I can make my sets up, but the circle in bottom right hand corner keeps spinning and my sets are not being printed, had this for 3 days, is anyone else experiencing this. thank you

Yesterday, briefly, I had spinning wheels on everything, I logged out and come back in then it was fine. I think it might be storms interfering with various servers or something. Hope it gets fixed for you soon!
