“Unknown error occurred” message when adding items to collections

Hi there! Since the server migration, I’ve been experiencing some issues when trying to add items to collections. I tried to add items from their individual pages and tried to add (and also delete them) from the ‘item organizer’ page and I always get the same ERROR message. I’m using Safari on iPad, running iOS latest version. Thank you!

Same thing is happening to me, I've noticed while the error pops up it's still adding items to my collections though.

@blueknight thank you for chiming in! I noticed that too, but I always have to refresh the page to confirm that. Better safe than sorry

@BlueKnight @jesuisunlapin This bug had been reported to the administrators and will be resolved as soon as possible.
I've personally noticed that, even though I keep seeing the ERROR message when I try to add items to collections, the items / sets still get added to those collections... However, it's worth checking until the problem is resolved.

same problem, just mine ain't showing up in ''items'.. i tried everything from shutting chrome down to refreshing till its freezed.
