Trying to close out a contest in the Forum section

Hi guys,
@luckied99 is trying to close out the contest “Sound Of Music” in her group “Change It Up “ for the last few days ND has been seeing the rotating circle the entire time She also only gets the 503 page when she tries to use the help forum. Im tryin to help out. Is there any advice you can give her, please

@fassionista Dear, I would suggest that she clears cache (instructions are here: https://urstyle.com/topic/1553017/faq) and to try to use the forum again after that
The problems that she was encountering happened due to URSTYLE's data migration to new servers. However, that is finished now and everything should be working well.As for the contest, I think that she should choose the winners by doing this:
- click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the submitted set
- choose place

. - when shes' done selecting all the winners, she should click on 3 dots menu in the upper right corner of the contest description and select Finish

If the problems still persist, she should email URSTYLE developers via [email protected].
