PROBLEM WITH CREATING CONTEST FOR MY GROUP

Hi there, first of all, I'm so appreciated for all your team for hard work and making urstyle our second home, I have problem creating contest for my group. I tried every step and it end with error, so I asked my daughter @punnies to join and made her co-moderator so she did the all steps and it end with error too!! I thought maybe it has something to do with our slow internet, then I asked our dear user @lacas to join and made her co-moderator and if you see she has three contest already in her group, she kindly did all the steps and it end with error again and again...she tried many time and it did not work! Would you please help me...I'm so patient and waited one week to not bother you..thank you xoxo....Shoaleh

I can only agree, in other country, with other pc, I tried several times ...it did not work, but in my group everything is going great.

dear @vn1ta after I put everything in, even the right picture, it will be displayed below: "Unknown error occurred. Please try again later"".
As co-admin of this group I did everything exactly as in my group.

@ortegamariana Dear, it's currently not possible to edit active contests, as far as I know, but you can delete the invalid contest (from the 3 dot menu on the right) and to create a new one
I'm sure this will be improved. Have a good day! -
