HAVING TROUBLE JOINING GROUPS

This has happened 3 times today where I've already joined or tried to join some groups and I keep getting this notice that I have to join the group to participate. I had to get the Moderator of a group I had joined a few months ago to invite me because I wasn't able to post my Sets. Appreciate any help. Thank you!

if you trying to join for the Private group, group admin needs to approve your request.
If you have a problem with joining to the Public group, please share and example group name
